Butler Tool and Die, Inc. offers precision CNC Turning services for customers in a wide range of industries, including the automotive, aerospace, and medical. We can perform low to high volume complex turning jobs in an accurate and timely manner.

Butler Tool and Die is equipped with an advanced technology CNC turning machine, as well as a Okuma LB15 CNC lathe with a swing of 14 inches and a turning length of 18 inches. It allows for a continuous feed on production runs for bars up to 2 inches in diameter.

Our modern CNC turning machines are are driven by MASTERCAM CAD/CAM software, which allows for flexible programming using DXF, IGES, and AutoCAD drawing translators.

Experienced Butler Tool and Die machinists program the CNC turning machines and lathes to yield a positioning tolerance to 0.0005 inches with a repeatability of 0.0005 inches.

We provide CNC turning services for a variety of materials, conventional and special, including but not restricted to stainless steel, brass, titanium, and aluminum.

Butler Tool and Die's comprehensive Quality Control department performs first part inspection as well as random inspection of parts to maintain consistent quality.
