Butler Tool & Die provides precision Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) milling of a wide array of conventional and specialty materials for tools and components serving the Medical, Automotive, Aerospace, Tool & Die, Machinery, Industrial, Commercial, Electronic, and Hotel Industries (Water Valves).

Our milled components undergo a rigorous and comprehensive quality control process. The skilled Butler Tool & Die Quality Assurance department performs complete first part and frequent random part inspections for all dimensions and customer specified critical requirements. This information is sent to the customer upon request.

Butler Tool & Die can quickly and accurately machine 3-D contours using the BOB CAD programming system from Tool steel, Brass, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Steel, Nylon, Phenolic, Bronze, Cast Iron, Fiberglass, Teflon, Wood, and Acrylic materials.

Our MASTERCAM CAD/CAM software allows direct programming of CNC milling machines using DXF, IGES, and AutoCAD drawing translators. Files to 10 MB in size can be uploaded in these formats for immediate quotation and estimation.

All CNC milling services yield extremely accurate parts and tooling to .0005” positioning and .0005” repeatability tolerance.
